Divyansha Sehgal is a tech policy professional specializing in AI governance, cybersecurity, and platform regulation. She manages technical infrastructure and policy analysis for the Cyber Policy Initiative at the University of Chicago, where she analyzed emerging cybersecurity threats from DEF CON for the Hackers’ Almanack report.
Her experience spans policy analysis (Google Public Policy Fellowship, United Nations, the Center for Internet and Society), policy operations (Cyber Policy Initiative, FULU Foundation), and project management for software development (Deutsche Bank). She has worked on content moderation, antitrust, digital public infrastructure, privacy, and responsible AI governance.
Divyansha holds an MPP from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy and a B.S. in Information Science from Cornell University.
